The Crash Cushion System MASH TL3(CCS TL3) is an impact absorbing attenuator installing at the end of steel barrier and junction, bridge, dangerous objects, etc. CCS TL3 is designed to protect motorists in a vehicle and vehicle itself by effectively absorbing shock on impact. CCS TL3 also redirects the vehicle away from the hazard such as roadway machinery and workers.

CCSI

The impact absorbing facility is the equipment installed at the dangerous place where cars crash the structures on the road, such as road junction, pier, highway’s ramp.
Absorbing the car’s impact energy to stop the car or correct the car’s direction, it is the safety facility which makes the car return to the running lane in safety.

The Shindo Crash Cushion System(CCSI) is designed to protect motorists in vehicles from 900 kg to 1500 kg from roadside hazards. The Shindo CCSI has been tested in Europe as a redirective crash cushion to the maximum 110 km/h using 1317-3 standard. To fully comply with the definition of a System Type tested crash cushion, the Shindo CCSI has been further tested at 100 km/h, 80 km/h, and 50 km/h.

Crash Cushion SystemII(CCSII) is designed to protect motorists and motor vehicles in the roadway. CCS is manufactured with 100% zinc galvanized steel structure that enhances the service life for the product with low maintenance effort. It is particularly durable against VU rays and corrosion.
CCSII is successfully tested by both the light vehicle(900kg) and sedan(1500kg) at speeds up to 110km/h and safety redirect errant vehicles on impact up to 15-degree angle into the side of the structure.
Interchangeable components make it easy for highway agencies to repair the product at inexpensive costs.
