Rotational molding
It consists of three stages including a loading part in which plastic power is loaded in the mold, hearting part which allows powder to be melt and applied, and cooung and unloading parts. The mold in which power is load is put into the oven. After the oven is rotated 360°, being heated with a proper temperature, it is pulled out and cooled with air and water. Power used the most is POLYETHYLENE, and you can variously choose its color. The products produced through this method include PE protective wall, PE impact absorbing goods, ready-mixed water tank, tool box, movable toilet, bollard, and so on.
Browder molding
Bowder molding is a method to preliminarily mold thermoplastic material into a tube-shape material by pressing or injection and to put the tube-shape material into a mold. At the time, air is infused into the inside of the mold, and the material is cooled and hardened. Our company has three straight hydraulic-type AUTO BLOW M/C Ø110, two Ø120, and one Ø130, so we can produce products of varying shapes and sizes. Blow molding products produced by our company includes PE fence, PE drum, super con, lane block, and automotive parts.
Vacuum casting
Vacuum casting is one of casting methods used when a proto product (prototype) is produced by making molds such as a mold with a silicone epoxy type. The method produces a product shape by mixing and putting rosin of a two-liquid type in a vacuum tank and hardening it. The method is used in the production process of a new product to examine the design assembly and productivity of the new product when electronic and automotive industries develop new products. Through the method, our company has been holding an unrivaled position in the proto-industry for 17 years.
Die casting
Die casting is one of metal casting methods. Like injection molding, it is a method to produce an aluminum mold product by injecting dissolved aluminum after making a mold with metal and putting the mold into a mold machine. Our company produces delineators, one of road safety goods, and recently started to provide goods for construction and ordinary industries
Mock-up
As mock-up is a method to make a model with a real size, it produces prototypes of electronic products and automobiles using ABS, PP, acrylic, PE, and so on. They are used as a single item in wooden bowl or as a master for vacuum mold. Since a 3D shape can be made using CAD or CAM, excellent products beyond the level of the existing wooden bowl in terms of precision and speed can be produced.
